What you'll find here

Urban homes with room to live

Not every downtown buyer wants a high-rise. Townhomes and lofts can offer more private space, garages, and a ground-level front door, while new construction offers modern layouts and systems.

Townhomes

Multi-level living, often with attached garages, rooftop or patio space, and fewer shared walls.

Pre-sales

Reserve or contract before completion. Exciting, but read the terms carefully.

How pre-sales work
Where Bellevue is growing

Keep an eye on these areas

Bellevue has planned for more housing in and around its urban centers, especially near light rail. If you're interested in newer townhomes, lofts, or condos, these are good places to start watching:

  • Downtown Bellevue: mid- and high-rise living close to parks, shopping, and the transit center.
  • BelRed & the Spring District: a newer mixed-use neighborhood east of I-405, along the 2 Line.
  • Wilburton & East Main: areas near light rail stations just east and south of downtown.
  • Close-in neighborhoods: infill townhome projects in established areas around the city.

The pre-sale playbook

How I help with new construction

  1. Bring me in from the first visit

Many builders have policies about broker registration at your first visit or contact. Let me know before you go so you keep your options for representation.

  2. Compare the whole package

Base price, included features, upgrades, lot or unit premiums, HOA dues, and the builder's incentives, compared across projects.

  3. Read the contract together

Builder contracts are written by the builder. We'll go through deposits, timelines, delay provisions, and what happens if plans change.

  4. Inspect before closing

New doesn't mean perfect. A third-party inspection and a careful walk-through help you document items for the builder to address.
